- Always wear your retainer, except during meals.
- Keep it in its case when not in your mouth to prevent damage or loss.
- Clean it once a day with a toothbrush and toothpaste; avoid hot water.
- Practice speaking, reading, or singing to adapt more quickly.
- Handle with care; if it breaks or gets lost, inform us right away.
- Never attempt to adjust your retainer yourself; call us for help.
- Bring your retainer to all dental appointments.
- Keep it away from heat sources, pets, and water bodies.
- Avoid wrapping it in napkins or placing it in pockets where it may be forgotten.
- Do not leave it in direct sunlight or in a hot car.
